Delivery & Shipping Policy – WECY AB
We make sure you get your new WECY gear right in time for your next workout, hike, adventure or whatever bold move you're about to make. Your journey deserves gear that arrives when you need it, without delay. Below you’ll find all relevant details about our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and more.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods (such as launches, campaigns, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship to most European countries.
Sweden
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout
EU countries
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
4. Delays
While we always strive for timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@wecy.se and we will help you locate your package.
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@wecy.se with your order number and relevant details. We’ll investigate the issue and make it right.
6. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These are not included in our shipping rates and vary by country.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 180 SEK to cover handling, return shipping, and administrative costs.
